The Country Club’s property boasts three distinctive dining settings. The outdoor porch Terrace provides a lovely atmosphere for an impromptu lunch or a relaxing dinner overlooking the Yakima Valley. Signature cocktails, draft beer, fine wine, dinner and/or light appetizers are served in the lounge and dining room. A truly luxurious experience, the formal Dining Room, with a fine collection of art and gorgeous views of Mount Adams, provides an exquisite setting for special celebrations or intimate dining for two. The Country Club offers a gourmet experience and outstanding fare unparalleled in central Washington. Our Executive Chef infuses New American cuisine with creative influences from around the world, using only the finest free-range, organic meats, produce, and seafood from environmentally sustainable fisheries. The diverse menu features inventive appetizers, fresh soups and salads, select steaks and seafood, and deliciously decadent desserts. An extensive wine list offers a selection of Old World and New World wines including an extremely rare selection of Washington reds, first growth Bordeaux’s and Australian Shiraz. Our wine Club is very popular within our membership. The Club General Manager provides the members with Captain’s selections where rare world class wines are priced at wholesale including a small corkage fee.
